As a Corporate Development Analyst at xScale, you will support strategic transactions and financial modeling for a leading data center company. Equinix operates a global platform of interconnected data centers and digital infrastructure.

What you will do

Support execution of strategic transactions
Build and maintain financial models for investments
Conduct market research and competitive analyses
Assist in due diligence and investment memo development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transactions
Support annual underwriting of portfolio

What you bring

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or corporate development
Proven financial modeling skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven accounting and financial analysis experience
Ability to communicate insights to executive leadership

Nice to have

Master's, CPA, or MBA
Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, AI, real estate, or energy
Exposure to M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or large capital projects
Familiarity with project finance and infrastructure investment analysis
