Kraft Heinz is looking for a Customs Associate Manager to lead its EC&E team in Amsterdam. You will ensure customs compliance, manage vendor spend, and coach analysts to support the company's global supply chain operations.

What you will do

Manage daily workflow of EC&E team ensuring customs compliance and documentation
Oversee customs vendor spend and correct application of import tax, duties, VAT
Coach customs analysts and support team growth
Resolve high-priority logistics bottlenecks and customs disputes
Enforce SOPs and compliance standards, audit documentation
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions

What you bring

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent experience
5+ years hands-on experience in shipping, transportation, or warehouse/logistics operations
Advanced proficiency with ERP/TMS/WMS systems, EDI transactions, carrier portals
Excellent knowledge of export/import processes, Incoterms, shipping documentation
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau
EU Working Permit required

Nice to have

CPG or food industry experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with customs regimes (transits, warehousing, Inward Processing)
