Adyen is seeking an AOSP Engineer to lead Android OS development for its payment devices in Amsterdam. You will collaborate with product, software, and hardware teams to integrate high-performance components and ensure software quality.

What you will do

Lead AOSP development for Android payment devices
Collaborate with product, software, and hardware teams
Work with SOC and terminal vendors for high-performance components
Ensure software quality using latest Android OS technologies
Coach team members to build necessary skills

What you bring

5+ years experience with Android OS
Deep understanding of Android OS from secure boot to Java Framework
Proficient in C/C++
Experience with Git, Repo, Gerrit, GitHub, adb, fastboot
Experience with Google communication channels and compliance tools
Experience modifying AOSP for domain-specific features

Nice to have

Knowledge of Java or Kotlin
