• 5-8 years of Tech Recruitment experience
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles
• Passion for Tech Recruitment and understanding of tech landscape
• Data-driven approach to hiring strategies
• Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in English
