5-8 years of Tech Recruitment experience
Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles
Passion for Tech Recruitment and understanding of tech landscape
Data-driven approach to hiring strategies
Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in English
