Artwork Coordinator
About the job
Kraft Heinz is looking for an Artwork Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects and manage the delivery of artwork for printed packaging. You will collaborate with agencies, printers, and internal teams to ensure smooth production processes.
What you will do
- Lead cross-functional project teams for artwork delivery
- Manage project overview and communicate delivery plans
- Identify and recommend improvements to artwork processes
- Provide reference artworks and specifications to agencies
- Create printer reference codes and support factory systems
- Serve as key contact for printers and first productions
What you bring
- Degree level education (HBO or bachelor)
- 2+ years experience in printed packaging
- Understanding of pre-press, print production, or graphic design
- Experience in print, pre-press, or graphics manufacturing
- Strong computer skills with ESKO workflow and briefing tools
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-market, multi-brand organizations
