Kraft Heinz is looking for a Global Demand Planning Lead to shape and drive demand planning excellence worldwide. Based in Amsterdam, you will define global strategy, lead S&OP design, and spearhead digital planning improvements.

What you will do

  • Define and deploy global demand planning strategy and standards
  • Lead S&OP and demand planning process design and governance
  • Drive digital and data-enabled planning improvements
  • Develop talent and build a community of demand planning experts
  • Engage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, Supply Chain, Finance, or Planning Excellence in global FMCG
  • Extensive knowledge of statistical forecasting and demand planning cycles
  • Proven experience leading global cross-functional planning transformation projects
  • Experience leading through influence across global and regional teams
