This role is based in Amsterdam and involves leading negotiations and coordinating innovation launches for Kraft Heinz's international accounts. You will act as the company's spokesperson in key customer discussions and align promotion plans across countries.
What you will do
- Lead annual negotiation preparation with TMK and Country BDMs
- Act as KH spokesperson at negotiations with international customers
- Coordinate central and country-led innovation launches
- Align country promotion plans with international buyers and central agreements
- Provide channel insights for Joint Business Plans
- Consolidate country IMS forecasts and coordinate corrective actions
What you bring
- 5+ years of commercial negotiation experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Interest in European retail landscape
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid knowledge of commercial metrics and P&L
