Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking an Assistant General Counsel EMEA to manage the legal function for its European operations. This role involves acting as a strategic business partner to the EMEA Leadership Team and providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel.
What you will do
- Manage the Legal function of Link Snacks EMEA
- Act as strategic business partner to the EMEA Leadership Team
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel
- Oversee commercial contracting and corporate legal affairs
- Serve as primary legal advisor on European employment law
- Develop and maintain compliance programs and policies
What you bring
- 7+ years of legal experience
- Minimum 3 years in an in-house legal position within an international organization
- Proven experience supporting complex commercial operations across multiple European jurisdictions
- Strong expertise in commercial contracting and negotiations
- Extensive knowledge of European employment and labor law
- Experience in compliance, ethics, corporate governance, and risk management
Nice to have
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, meat processing, consumer goods, or a similarly regulated industry
