About the job
THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Head Waiter or Waitress to lead by example in their high-end restaurant in Amsterdam. You will assist in smooth restaurant operations, staff management, and training, while reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
What you will do
- Lead by example to maintain high standards
- Assist in smooth restaurant running, staff management, training, ordering, and stock control
- Report to Assistant General Manager
- Present menu and provide detailed information
- Offer menu recommendations
- Coordinate communication between floor and kitchen
What you bring
- Work experience as Head Waiter or Head Waitress
- Strong team player
- Desire to develop career in high-end restaurants
- Attentiveness and patience for guests
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and full time
Nice to have
- Dutch language is a plus
