Kraft Heinz is looking for an Associate Compensation Manager to support its Europe Developed Markets region, based in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage compensation cycles and analyses for multiple countries.
What you will do
- Manage annual merit cycle for assigned countries
- Support annual salary range review process
- Conduct job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hay methodology
- Perform pay equity and market competitiveness analyses
- Support compensation projects and process improvements
- Partner with HR stakeholders on compensation decisions
What you bring
- Strong experience in compensation or total rewards
- Experience with Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology
- Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses
- Strong analytical skills
- 3 to 5+ years of compensation experience
- English language required
Nice to have
- FMCG experience preferred
