About the job

Kraft Heinz is looking for an Associate Director to lead the transformation of its GBS Supply Chain across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, manage external service providers, and implement continuous improvement frameworks.

What you will do

  • Lead transformation agenda for GBS Supply Chain across people, processes, and digital capabilities
  • Partner with regional business teams, Global Center of Excellence, and GBS capability teams to set priorities and deliver roadmap
  • Manage strategic relationship with external service providers and oversee outsourced Order Management teams
  • Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence framework across Supply Chain and Order Management
  • Define and implement GBS service expansion roadmap for existing and new markets
  • Establish governance with regional business leaders to strengthen collaboration and decision-making

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
  • 10+ years of supply chain management experience in operational and transformational roles
  • Functional experience in FMCG or CPG industry
  • Strong knowledge of Order management, S&OP (IBP), and Logistics principles
  • Expertise in process improvement and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Multi-regional experience
