Associate Director, Strategy & Transformation

About the job

Riverflex is looking for an Associate Director to lead enterprise transformation programmes from start to finish. You will drive technology strategy and organisational change while managing senior client relationships and multiple engagements.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise transformation programmes end-to-end
• Drive technology strategy and roadmap development
• Lead organisational change and communications for large-scale programmes
• Act as primary point of contact for senior client relationships
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Contribute to proposals, account growth, and business development

What you bring

• 8–12 years in top-tier consulting or related field
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes end-to-end
• Comfortable operating independently at C-suite level
• Commercially minded
• Strong communicator in English (C1 minimum)
• EU-eligible or open to Dutch highly skilled migrant visa

Nice to have

• Dutch language knowledge
