Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced R&D leader to drive innovation and product development for emerging markets. You will define and execute the regional R&D strategy, manage portfolio governance, and lead sustainability and transformation initiatives.

- Oversee nutrition and portfolio transformation
- Lead packaging sustainability and supply resilience
What you bring
- 15+ years of R&D leadership in food, beverage or FMCG
- Expertise in food product and packaging development
- Experience translating business strategy into innovation pipelines
- Business and financial acumen
- Operational exposure to manufacturing and supply chain
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or Engineering
Nice to have
- Emerging-market experience
- Advanced degree
