What you will do
- Conduct business and market analyses
- Prepare and participate in client presentations
- Manage day-to-day project tasks and client interactions
- Draft client documents like teasers and memoranda
- Coordinate due diligence and information requests
- Support negotiations and transaction closing
What you bring
- Master’s degree
- 3-5 years in financial advisory, corporate finance or investment banking
- Native Dutch and strong English
- Analytical, project management and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
- Proficient in valuation, accounting and Excel
