Nielen Schuman is looking for an Associate to join their Debt Advisory team in Amsterdam. You will support clients in arranging acquisition funding, refinancings, recapitalisations, and restructuring. What you will do
- Support clients in arranging acquisition funding, refinancings, recapitalisations, and restructuring
- Conduct business and market analyses, including financial models and reports
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and pitches
- Coordinate due diligence processes and information requests
- Guide and revise work of analysts
- Build and maintain external network with clients, lenders, and advisors
What you bring
- Master’s degree
- 3-5 years experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Native Dutch and strong English
- Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative mentality
- Experience with financing structures, LMA documentation, accounting, and Excel modeling
