MSX International is looking for an Automotive Technical Delegate to support dealerships and repairers both on-site and remotely. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults while coaching technicians.

What you will do

Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
Use OEM tools for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Create clear technical reports and case updates
Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance

What you bring

Strong experience in automotive diagnostics or technical support
Proven ability to fix complex electrical and electronic faults
Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
Working proficiency in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience in field-based or multi-site support
Multi-brand exposure with an OEM or importer technical support background
