Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to drive business planning and cross-functional programs in Amsterdam. In this role, you will coordinate strategic priorities and establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.

What you will do

Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning processes
Translate strategic priorities into cross-functional programs
Establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility
Manage European Leadership Team operating cadence
Prepare materials for governance forums and approval processes
Develop internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

What you bring

7+ years experience in strategy, program management, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical and executive communication skills
English proficiency for executive communications

Nice to have

MBA or postgraduate qualification
Experience in management consulting, automotive, or technology
Experience supporting senior executives
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in an additional European language
Experience coordinating internal communications or events
