MSX International is looking for a Technical Delegate - Flying Doc to provide on-site and remote support to dealerships and repairers. In this hybrid role based in Soest, you will diagnose complex vehicle issues and coordinate teams at repair sites.

What you will do

Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and repairers
Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents on vehicles
Analyze issues affecting single and multiple vehicles
Use OEM diagnostic tools for diagnostics and software updates
Produce technical reports and incident summaries
Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at repair sites

What you bring

Proven experience in automotive technical support or diagnostics
Hands-on track record resolving complex electrical/electronic faults
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
Prior exposure to technical documentation and technician coaching
Strong understanding of modern automotive systems
Proficient with diagnostic methodologies and wiring diagrams

Nice to have

European field support experience
Multi-brand familiarity
Additional European languages
