About the job
Winthrop Technologies is looking for a BIM Team Lead to oversee BIM delivery on a major project in Amsterdam. You will manage a team of coordinators and technicians while working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
What you will do
- Responsible for BIM delivery across the project
- Engage with site team, subcontractors, and client to ensure BIM procedures are followed
- Manage team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians
- Liaise with package managers and site engineers for MEP installations
- Support junior BIM team members and site team
- Contribute to research and development of BIM technologies and processes
What you bring
- Previous Revit experience with MEP bias
- 8+ years experience on multiple large projects
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
Nice to have
- AutoCAD experience
- Navisworks experience
