Winthrop Technologies is seeking a CSA Lead to oversee all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a project in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead from design to completion, managing budgets, resources, and coordination with multiple teams.

What you will do

Lead and oversee all CSA aspects of the project from design to completion
Manage project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and performance
Set up and implement CSA activities with best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling
Coordinate with client, design teams, and project management on scope, quality, and programme
Monitor health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture
Drive quality performance and support integration with MEP and commissioning teams

What you bring

Degree in construction, civil, structural, or engineering discipline
Proven experience in CSA leadership on large-scale data centre or industrial projects in contracting
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and CSA coordination in high-tech environments
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and project management tools
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
