Lucid Motors is seeking a Body Repair Operations Manager to lead the European collision repair strategy from Amsterdam. You will build and manage a third-party body shop network and oversee the program's performance across the region.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the European collision repair strategy
- Establish and manage a third-party body shop network
- Build and lead the European collision repair program team
- Monitor network performance using KPIs
- Collaborate with Parts & Supply Chain teams to optimize parts distribution
- Adapt program software and tools for European operations
What you bring
- 5–7 years of automotive experience with expertise in collision repair or vehicle painting
- Ability to collaborate with individuals, teams, vendors, and business partners
- Previous experience with premium or electric vehicle brands
- Proven track record in building and managing partner networks
- Prior experience managing a team
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
