About the job
The Surgical Company Holding B.V. is looking for a Business Process & ERP Manager to drive financial process improvements and ERP optimizations in an international setting. This role is based in Amsterdam and focuses on leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives.
What you will do
- Analyze financial processes and translate business requirements into ERP improvements
- Coordinate configuration, optimization, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Lead ERP initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress
- Improve data quality, reporting, and process integration
- Support change management, user engagement, training, and documentation
- Manage enhancement requests and system improvements for a stable ERP environment
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP implementations or upgrades
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP solutions
- Excellent command of English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Practical, collaborative, solution-oriented approach
Nice to have
- French language
