What you will do

Ensure impeccable and personalized guest experience
Anticipate and proactively address guests' needs
Serve as link between guests and hotel offerings
Coordinate special requests and ensure flawless execution
Collaborate with departments for seamless guest experience
Maintain accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests

What you bring

Experienced in guest service, preferably hotel butler service
Excellent planning and communication skills
Friendly, guest-focused attitude
Proficient in multitasking under pressure
Immaculate grooming and discretion with confidential information
Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, holidays

Nice to have

Passion for luxury hospitality
Familiarity with different cultures and languages
