Catawiki is looking for a Category Manager to lead the Asian & Tribal Arts category. In this role, you will drive the strategic growth plan and own the commercial performance of the category. You will work with an international team of Experts to shape auction planning and build a strong seller pipeline.

What you will do

Build and execute the strategic growth plan for the Asian & Tribal category
Own the category P&L and commercial outcomes
Steer the full auction-performance funnel
Shape auction planning around seasonality and market dynamics
Work with Sales and Business Development to build a seller pipeline
Lead, coach and develop an international team of Experts

What you bring

Strong commercial track record in category management, marketplace, retail, sales or similar
Experience building and executing a growth strategy including P&L management
Data-led, action-oriented approach
Proven people-leadership experience
Commercial curiosity and entrepreneurial energy
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

Interest or background in Asian Art, Tribal Art or Collectables
