The July is looking for a Cluster Head Chef to lead the kitchens at two of its Amsterdam venues: Vessel and The 51. You will develop menus that reflect the concept and the local market, while ensuring consistent quality across all meal services and events.

What you will do

Lead two kitchens at Vessel and The 51
Develop menus reflecting concept and Amsterdam market
Ensure consistent quality across breakfast, lunch, dinner, private dining, and events
Oversee supply chain and food margin control
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Recruit, develop, and retain kitchen team

What you bring

Previous experience as Head Chef in premium high-volume restaurant
Strong understanding of classic cooking techniques and produce-led menus
Experience developing breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus
Proven track record in recruiting and motivating kitchen team
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards in Netherlands
Financial acumen in food costing and margin control
