About the job

As Compliance Manager at AniCura Group, you will strengthen compliance, data privacy and ethical business practices across a European veterinary healthcare network. You contribute to the development of the compliance framework, tools and processes, and help the business understand and implement European regulatory requirements including the AI Act, CSDDD and CSRD.

What you will do

  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Marketing, Privacy and local leadership teams to manage risks and support business growth
  • Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives
  • Support investigations and due diligence activities

What you bring

  • At least three years of experience in compliance, data privacy, sustainability or a related field
  • Good understanding of GDPR, anti-corruption frameworks such as FCPA and UK Bribery Act, and sustainability legislation such as LkSG or PPWR
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, supporting audits or investigations, and maintaining compliance processes
  • Ability to explain complex legal and regulatory topics clearly, deliver training and build trusted relationships
  • Proactive, analytical and pragmatic approach with ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • University degree in Law, IT, Political Science, Sustainability or a related field
  • Experience with OneTrust or Learning Management Systems
  • Certifications such as CIPP/E
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Additional European languages
