AniCura Group is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead lease transactions and negotiations in the Netherlands. This senior role is based in Amsterdam and offers the opportunity to drive property due diligence and manage landlord matters.

What you will do

Lead lease transactions including renewals, rent reviews, and exits
Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and agents
Develop property recommendations and business cases
Drive transactions to completion with legal and approvals
Deliver property due diligence for acquisitions and changes
Manage lease events and landlord matters

What you bring

Proven hands-on transaction experience with commercial leases
Practical knowledge of landlord and tenant matters in the region
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Ownership and delivery discipline for multiple transactions
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, retail, logistics, or similar multi-site occupier
Experience supporting business acquisitions or improving lease data
MRICS or equivalent qualification
