In this role, you will develop strategic-creative directions for clients and collaborate closely with creative, account, and production teams. You will identify trends in human behavior and markets, lead client workshops, and contribute to business development.

What you bring
- At least 5 years of strategic experience in marketing, communications, or branding
- Deep understanding of experience-driven communication
- Critical thinker with analytical and curious mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and English
