What you will do
- Lead the full creative cycle from research to analysis
- Analyze performance data and design creative tests
- Define high-performing creative for Dutch audiences on social platforms
- Oversee UGC, localization, and market insight
- Collaborate with in-house and agency teams
- Support conversion rate optimization initiatives
What you bring
- Extensive experience in growth marketing with creative strategy focus
- Strong eye for platform-native creative and testing frameworks
- Confident using performance dashboards and measurement frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Benelux market
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience briefing and iterating creative in cross-functional sprints
Nice to have
- Additional languages beyond Dutch and English
