Winthrop Technologies is looking for a CSA Construction Manager to oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site in Amsterdam. You will lead and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and schedule targets are met on large-scale projects.
What you will do
- Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Ensure site QA/QC processes are implemented
- Coordinate project schedules with planners, project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
- Manage subcontractor performance and documentation
- Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and handover meetings
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in CSA construction sector with site management focus
- Strong background in managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on large-scale projects
- Experience in programme delivery, sequencing, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong technical understanding of CSA construction methodologies
Nice to have
- Data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience
