About the job
Bynder is looking for a Customer Analytics Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will help turn data into actionable insights for Sales and Customer Success teams.
What you will do
- Validate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources
- Support ad hoc analyses for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Help identify customer usage patterns indicating risk or opportunity
- Maintain and improve core dashboards for stakeholders
- Maintain documented metric definitions for data consistency
- Support preparation of Quarterly Insights Review
What you bring
- Enrolled in a Dutch university for the internship duration
- Based in the Netherlands
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting October 2026
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data
- Strong communication skills to explain data clearly
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot
