About the job
Assent is looking for a Supplier Support Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will communicate with suppliers to gather compliance information and provide language support in Spanish and English.
What you will do
- Communicate with suppliers via email, phone, and conference calls to gather compliance information
- Assist top-tier suppliers with compliance requests
- Handle inbound calls from suppliers to troubleshoot compliance requests
- Engage with unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, education, and webinar invites
- Provide language support for translations, webinars, and prospect calls
- Validate and ensure quality assurance of compliance data
What you bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
- Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate to advanced regulatory knowledge
