About the job
Polarsteps is looking for a Data Scientist to drive user growth through data-driven strategies. You will apply statistical methods, build dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
What you will do
- Develop data-driven strategies for user growth
- Apply statistical methods to find causal relationships
- Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics
- Communicate growth metrics to the organization
- Contribute to planning through growth modeling and forecasting
- Present insights to senior stakeholders
What you bring
- 5+ years analyzing data with Python/R and SQL
- Experience supporting B2C mobile app growth strategy
- Intellectually curious and diligent
- Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Background in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
