Polarsteps is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to drive growth through performance marketing and organic strategies. Based in Amsterdam, you will join a team that helps travelers document their journeys.
What you will do
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with agencies and creators on creatives
- Improve App Store rankings for organic install growth
- Enhance organic search strategy on TikTok, YouTube, and LLMs
- Track and analyze campaign performance
What you bring
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing at mobile app companies
- Understanding of mobile tracking and measurement ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and reporting tools
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills
