About the job

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Demand Planner to join the team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage forecasts for the full FMCG product range and drive forecast accuracy using promotional and media plans.

What you will do

  • Manage forecast of full FMCG product range at SKU level using O9 platform
  • Drive forecast accuracy by developing robust demand forecasts with promotional and media plans
  • Establish framework for constructive forecast challenges to drive consensus and accuracy
  • Collaborate with central supply planning team for seamless product flow to local warehouses
  • Optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs through monthly supply chain loss processes
  • Ensure exceptional customer service levels including Case Fill Rate and Requested Delivery Date

What you bring

  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years prior supply chain experience
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SAP/O9 experience
  • Fluency in English
  • EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa)
