Checkout.com is looking for an EEA Senior Specialist in Account Management to join their Amsterdam team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage a focused portfolio of direct merchants across the EEA and act as their main point of contact.
What you will do
- Manage a focused portfolio of direct merchants across the EEA
- Act as main point of contact for merchant queries
- Develop account plans based on merchant business models
- Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities
- Advise merchants on payments strategy and performance
- Coordinate merchant projects with internal teams
What you bring
- 3+ years B2B Account Management or similar commercial role
- Strong written and verbal English
- Commercial mindset with growth and revenue impact
- Experience managing strategic accounts across markets
- Analytical with performance data and forecasting
- Ability to prioritise and manage risk in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- German, Spanish or Italian language skills
- Payments or FinTech experience
- Experience in high-growth start-up or technology environment
