Adyen is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Android engineering team in Amsterdam. You will manage day-to-day operations, planning, and hiring while collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, data, and engineering teams.

  • Coach team members on engineering best practices and architecture design
  • Drive technical decisions with focus on automation and reliability

What you bring

  • 7+ years in Mobile or IoT software development
  • 2+ years in people management
  • Experience leading Mobile strategy and technical direction
  • Significant experience with Android, iOS, or Kotlin
  • Knowledge of payment kernels, PCI, P2PE, or PCI PIN

Nice to have

  • Experience with low-level technologies
