Adyen is looking for a Senior/Lead HR Business Partner to support its Operations teams in Amsterdam. In this role, you will shape and execute the people strategy for Operations Domains, partnering with leaders to drive employee development and organizational growth.

Create and execute people strategy for Operations Domains
Partner with leaders on employee development and organizational growth
Provide strategic HR guidance and coaching to leaders
Use people data to identify trends and recommend improvements

8+ years of HRBP experience in global matrixed organization
Experience supporting tech and product teams in HR
Deep expertise in performance management and employee relations
