What you bring

  • 5+ years managing engineering teams
  • 7+ years hands-on software engineering experience
  • Experience with modern backend/frontend frameworks or UI platforms
  • Deep understanding of scalable design patterns and system architecture
  • Ability to break down ambiguous product needs into engineering roadmaps
  • Strong ownership of code quality, performance, and documentation
