Hotel De L'Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for a Spa Employee to join their team. You will be responsible for managing spa bookings, welcoming guests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

What you will do

Manage spa bookings and schedule
Welcome guests and handle inquiries
Guide and support spa trainees
Present and sell Biologique Recherche products after training
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with checklists, inventory, and administration

What you bring

Experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality
Confident in managing bookings and scheduling
Warm, attentive, and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn and improve
Organized and calm under pressure
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience in a five-star hotel spa
Familiarity with Biologique-Recherche or similar brands
Experience with spa booking or hotel management software
