Gymshark is looking for a Floor Lead for its Amsterdam location on the Kalverstraat. In this role, you will lead from the shop floor, inspire your teammates, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
What you will do
- Lead from the shop floor and create exceptional customer experiences
- Inspire and motivate teammates through positive leadership
- Run daily huddles and communicate priorities
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Support stock replenishment and delivery processing
- Act as keyholder and manage opening and closing procedures
What you bring
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role with coaching ability
- Experience in a retail store environment
- Previous keyholder experience
- Track record of exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Valid right to work in the Netherlands
