Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Amstelveen. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also perform operational tasks and act as the Hub Manager's deputy when absent.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as Hub Manager's deputy when absent
• Oversee safety, people coaching, inventory, equipment, hygiene, and onboarding
• Serve as main point of contact for the team

What you bring

• Hands-on and enjoys operational work
• Remains calm under pressure and motivates team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
