LLEVERAGE is looking for a Founding Account Manager to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will own customer relationships and build the account management program from scratch.
What you will do
- Own customer accounts and manage relationships
- Design account management program from scratch
- Drive net revenue retention growth
- Engage with C-suite executives on strategy
- Run customer training and enablement
- Manage customer communication and lifecycle marketing
What you bring
- High-level experience in demanding environment
- Self-starter who builds processes independently
- Tech-savvy with genuine interest in AI
- Able to communicate confidently with executives
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Fluent in English and Dutch, based in Amsterdam
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, law, consulting, PE, or early-stage startup
- Previous entrepreneurial experience
- Networks in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or PE
- Familiarity with ERP environments like SAP or Business Central
- Habit of using AI tools in daily work
