LLEVERAGE is looking for a Founding Partner Director to own the full partner motion from finding to activation in Amsterdam. You will design the partner program from scratch and grow partner revenue as a scalable business lever.
What you will do
- Own the full partner motion from finding to activation
- Design the partner program from scratch
- Grow partner revenue as a scalable business lever
- Enable partners on the product technically
- Own partner marketing and communication
- Take the motion international after proving it in the Netherlands
What you bring
- Built partnerships or channels before
- Understands how SIs, consultancies, and referral partners think
- Builder mindset, not a manager of existing programs
- Self-starter comfortable driving the role alone for the first year
- Strong on both relationships and product
- Fluent in English and Dutch, based in Amsterdam
Nice to have
- Experience in partnerships, channel, or business development at a SaaS or AI company
- Live network of SIs, consultancies, or industry experts
- Experience taking a partner motion international
- Familiarity with ERP environments like SAP or Business Central
- Previous entrepreneurial experience
