What you bring

8+ years of direct line management experience of technical or hybrid teams
Solid understanding of payments, card schemes, and API-based payment flows
Comfortable with technical concepts at API and systems level
Proven experience driving operational improvements
Strong communicator and cross-functional influencer
High agency mindset
