About the job

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Global Senior Category Manager for HR Services to lead strategic procurement initiatives from Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop global sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cross-functional projects.

What you will do

• Develop and implement global category, sourcing, and supplier management strategies
• Lead strategic sourcing events and supplier selection
• Conduct contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships
• Consult stakeholders on market dynamics and supply risks
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation for projects
• Manage category financial planning and reporting

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in international strategic procurement or sourcing
• Experience managing stakeholders at all seniority levels
• Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eProcurement tools like Ariba or Workday
• Experience with supplier performance and risk management tools
• Additional languages beyond English
