Adyen is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead commercial risk and platform fraud initiatives in Amsterdam. You will drive commercial excellence and transform risk mitigation into customer value while leading a senior team of product managers.

• Architect trade-offs between automated technical solutions and operational support
• Partner with compliance and regulatory teams for pragmatic strategy
• Drive alignment across engineering, commercial, risk, and operations teams

What you bring

• 8+ years of product management experience with progression into leadership
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers
• Analytical, metrics-driven approach with understanding of revenue and costs
• Conceptual grasp of machine learning, AI, and data science models
• Clear communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
