THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Head Hostess to lead the host team at their Izakaya in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service. You will also manage reservations, handle VIPs, and train the hostess team.

What you will do

Welcome and seat reserved and walk-in guests
Provide excellent customer service in person and over phone
Maintain relationships with concierges in Amsterdam
Set up and execute events
Organize trainings for the hostess team
Handle bookings, reservations, complaints, and VIPs

What you bring

Previous work experience as hostess or team leader in hospitality
Fluent English speaking and writing
Excellent customer service skills
Availability to work shifts including nights and weekends
Good physical condition to walk and stand during shifts
Live in Amsterdam or nearby

Nice to have

Experience working in a large city
Fine dining experience
