Iris van Herpen BV is seeking a Head of Atelier to lead the creation of its haute couture collections in Amsterdam. This role oversees the entire production process, from concept development to client fittings, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
What you will do
- Manage development of annual collection from concept to completion
- Plan, organize, and supervise garment construction
- Oversee sample development and tailor-made client orders
- Act as main client contact for design customization and fitting
- Handle budgeting and costings for client orders
- Create and adapt made-to-measure patterns
What you bring
- Extensive experience in Haute Couture and bridal
- Proven leadership in managing an atelier
- Deep knowledge of couture construction and patternmaking
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for laser-cut pattern integration
- Exceptional organizational and managerial skills
