Vio is looking for a Head of Product Experience to lead the UX vision for its next phase of growth. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam and involves building the design team and integrating AI into workflows.

What you will do

Set UX vision for the company's next phase
Lead product design, UX research, and content design
Run design critique and product reviews
Collaborate with product and engineering on shipping processes
Build and develop the design team
Integrate AI into design workflows

What you bring

Led a multi-discipline UX organization at scale
Experience framing problems and making trade-offs between user and commercial needs
Credible peer to senior product, engineering, and business leaders
Designed B2B2C products
High-level craft skills for critique and vision
Builds teams that grow and hires stronger people

Nice to have

Travel, marketplace, or OTA experience
Multi-brand or white-label design systems
Visible external profile through talks, writing, or case studies
